Support

It is important that all packages of the scanner are installed, as they ensure compatibility, among other things.

During the support case and during setup, caching systems must be deactivated.

If problems only occur when the caching system is active, the cache may not have been deleted properly or the caching system may not have been configured correctly. See Caching and optimization systems.

Please do not create a ticket if you do not have the latest version installed. We will close the ticket immediately if we see that an outdated version of the plugin is being used.
