Development environment
You can activate the Test Environment under License in Borlabs Cookie. After that, Borlabs Cookie will be available to you without a license but will display a hint to the test environment in several places.
License expired
If your license has expired, you will no longer receive support and free updates. However, Borlabs Cookie will continue to work. Access to the download of Borlabs Cookie is also no longer possible, as we always provide only the latest version. Services or features that require our servers can also no longer be used, including for example the use of IAB TCF.
Use license with customers
You can use your Business Medium, Agency Small or Agency license for your clients. There is only one license key. If you end the cooperation with a customer, you have to remove your license key from his website.
Our support is only available for the owner of a license. Your customers will not receive support from Borlabs.
License for Subdomains / Multisite Network
You need one license per installation, even if it is an installation on a subdomain. Each WordPress installation or each instance (website) of a Network Multisite requires a license.
Example: If you use a Network Multisite with 10 instances (websites), you need 10 licenses.
With a Business Medium license, you get 5 licenses. If you need more, you can get 25 licenses with the Agency Small license.
Move license
If you've used up the quota of websites in your license and want to replace an old website with a new one, you have to remove the website from the licence. To do this, log in to our service area, click on your licence and then on the "Websites" tab. Select the website from which you want to remove the licence. You can then activate the licence for your new website in Borlabs Cookie.
License upgrade
You can upgrade your licence in the service area of Borlabs. Go to the service area and select your licence - there you will see the possible upgrades in the upgrade tab.
Multiple licenses
You can manage as many licenses as you want in your account. Whether you need three Business licenses, two Professional licenses and one Personal license, or five Agency licenses - one Account, multiple licenses.
