How do I enter into a data processing agreement (DPA) with Google?

Log in to https://analytics.google.com/
Click on Admin at the bottom left and then on Account Settings
Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you reach the Data Processing Amendment
Click on Show Amendment and then on Agree (of course read it first)
