A blank page or the message ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED occurs when either the server already compresses your files or one of your plugins or theme files outputs whitespaces or other chars before Borlabs Cache starts.
You can try to disable all three compress options:
- Advanced Settings > General > Compress pages
- Advanced Settings > JavaScript > Compress
- Advanced Settings > CSS > Compress
After disabling these options, you should be able to re-access your website. You can use tools like Google PageSpeed to test if your server already compresses your files.
Activate the option Advanced Settings > Browser > Modify .htaccess. This option also activates compression for your files.
