Create Content Blocker
With Content Blockers, you can block content such as videos or social media articles and release them only after the visitor has given their consent.
To create a Content Blocker, go to the Content Blocker menu. Then click on the button Add New.
Once you have reached the Content Blocker settings, you will see the general settings in the upper area. Here you can enter an ID, control the status, assign a name, enter the URL for the privacy policy and hosts.
ID:
The ID is a unique identifier consisting exclusively of lower case letters.
Status:
Set the Switch button to ON so that the Content Blocker is active on the website.
Name:
Just like the ID, the name of the Content Blocker should be unique, because it is used at different places on the website.
Datenschutzerklärung URL:
Enter the URL of the privacy policy of the respective service here.
Host(s):
Under Host(s) you must enter the URL or the host of the service. If you then place an iFrame or an oEmded-URL with soundcloud.com or www.soundcloud.com on your website, this code is automatically blocked by the Content Blocker.
Unlock Content Blocker by consent
In the Additional Settings, you also have the option to set that all contents of this Content Blocker are automatically unblocked if the user consents to a Cookie you have created.
Set the Switch button to ON.
