Google Maps via iframe

If Google Maps is integrated via iFrame, Borlabs Cookie automatically blocks Google Maps if the Content Blocker is active.

If Google Maps is not automatically blocked, you can use the Content Blocker shortcode to block the content.

The procedure is identical to the blocking of YouTube videos.

Google Maps via JavaScript API

If you integrate Google Maps via a plugin or a PageBuilder, there is a high chance that the JavaScript API will be used. In this case, Borlabs Cookie cannot automatically block the content.

We recommend using plugins that support Borlabs Cookie, like WP Google Map Plugin from flippercode (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-google-map-plugin/) or WP Store Locator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-store-locator/).

Alternatively, you can try to block Google Maps with a Script Blocker. The setup and use of script blockers require JavaScript knowledge.
