Undo cancellation

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to undo a cancellation. This is a requirement imposed by Mastercard and Visa.

You can, however, reactivate your licence in our customer portal at https://service.borlabs.io/login.

In the license details, you will find the "License Renewal" section on the right-hand side. There, you can reactivate your license by clicking the "Renew License" button.

Please note that this process is not free of charge, as renewing a license extends its term. Any remaining value from your previous license will be credited accordingly.

Please also note that reactivation is only possible at the currently applicable prices. Once a license has been canceled, any existing discounts, special conditions, or grandfathered pricing are permanently lost and cannot be restored.
