Scanner does not scan all pages

Table of Contents

Problem

Your website contains a large number of pages, but the Scanner only scans a small portion of them.

Cause

To save time and reduce costs, our Scanner does not scan every page on your website. In most cases, scanning every single page is unnecessary because many pages are very similar. Only rarely do individual pages contain unique scripts or external resources that are not used elsewhere on the site.

When using the "Selection of sites per post type" option, the Scanner analyzes the homepage, one older and one newer page of each post type, and the corresponding archive pages. In addition, it attempts to identify and scan the legal notice page and the contact form page.

Solution

If there are pages that were not scanned but contain important scripts or external content that should be detected, you can use the "Custom" option instead.

Simply add the URLs of the pages you want the Scanner to analyze.
