Disable Caching
While setting up Borlabs Cookie 3.0, you should completely disable all caching systems, as well as optimization plugins such as Autoptimize, and keep them disabled throughout the setup process.
Please do not rely solely on cache-clearing functions.
After you have configured and tested Borlabs Cookie 3.0, keep caching disabled for another 2–3 days to ensure that everything continues to work as expected.
Based on our current support experience, most issues are caused by cache data that was not properly cleared and filled with the new data from Borlabs Cookie 3.0.
Issues with Polylang, TranslatePress, or WPML
If you are using one of these plugins, please check each language and verify whether the Service group with the ID essential has a lowercase name.
If it does, click Reset default service groups further down the page. Afterward, the group name should begin with a capital letter.
